Imagine waking up one morning to the rude shock of finding your home flooded in chest-deep water!
That was exactly what villagers of Kampung Din Bamboo in Batu Ferringhi experienced on the morning of June 29 when a heavy downpour led to severe flooding in their village, with waters reaching unprecedented levels.
In response to this, our team worked together to deliver necessities to the affected victims. The food supplies were brought to the Jamek Ar-Rahman Mosque (Masjid Al Rahman) which is currently being used as a distribution point for such aid, as shown in the pictures below.
